The famous opera singer Andrea Bocelli Weight Loss rumors and questions on the web are just plain absurd. Well, maybe he is lost some too! Well, nobody can say anything now, because everybody lose and gain weight like crazy time again without ever noticing.
So, who are these people that keep making up stories about their celebrity losing weight in half the span of a year? It seems that people will always believe what they read and especially if it's on the internet. There are even quite a few reasons for this. And I'm going to discuss one of them in this article.
I've found that some celebrities are more careful with their personal health and body image than the rest of us general public. If you will recall, I read an interview with the famous golfer, Tiger Woods. He mentioned at one point that he had gone through some issues with his weight. But then he went on to talk about how good he was as a golfer and mentioned how healthy he was. So you see, it's really hard to lose weight when you are working your butt off and eating crap, and drinking diet soda with whatever you put on your pancakes for breakfast.
Let me ask you something about all of the hype surrounding the Andrea bocelli weight loss program and the drink meal replacement aspect. Did you know that there is such thing as a "healthy" pancake mix? I have never heard of anything that goes into a pancake mix to make it healthier, but I'm sure there is a healthier way to cook them. And just because you add in some type of liquid or powder to the pancake does not mean that you are making anything healthier.
The diet plan is simply a rehash of the beginning keto diet meal plan. She wants to sell people on the fact that she can help them lose weight and that she has the solution to their problem. She talks a lot about how good she is and that she is the solution to anyone who is struggling to lose weight and feel great. In reality, she will not be able to help you lose weight and she will not be able to help you feel great.
First of all, she sells you the special pancake mix that she recommends. There is even a free gift with your order! All of her recipes are in the book, which means that you really don't know what you are getting when you buy her book and eat the specially mixed pancake.
Second of all, and why I'm ticked about this, she claims that her diet will help you lose weight loss, but in fact, you're not losing any fat. In fact, you are just substituting one food for another. You can stop reading right now and go buy yourself a cup of your own home made Duomo Cathedral shakes and see if that helps your weight loss efforts. There is no other nutrition in the book besides the odd "energy booster" and "sugar pill". That's it.
Third and last, she does encourage you to go on a "complete vegan whole food meal" for one day a week and that is why she uses the term "diet". She wants you to think that the reason you haven't lost weight is because you don't have any carbohydrates in your diet. That's simply not true, by the way. There are lots of carbohydrates in fruits and vegetables and whole grains, but it doesn't have to be a huge meal. You do need some carbs sometimes to give you energy and boost your metabolism, but eating a whole grain cereal each morning is just as helpful as going on a "diet" and completely avoiding carbs.
